Senior Community Learning is very excited to offer self-paced online training through our partnership with CEUSrEZ. We have preselected 10 courses to give you the maximum amount of 20 hours of self-paced online training. This 20-hour package includes 4 hours on laws and regulations. This package does not included dementia hours. According to Title 22, Section 87407, and Title 22, Section 85064.3, both RCFE/ARF administrators may take up to half of the required 40 hours of continuing education via self-paced online. All courses have been approved by California Department of Social Services for RCFE/ARF administrators.

Confidentiality, HIPAA Compliance, and Ethical Responsibilities – 2 hrs (Laws & Regulations Approved)
Leadership in Residential Care – 3 hrs
Teamwork and Collaboration in Residential Care – 2 hrs
Sexual Harassment Awareness and Prevention – 2 hrs
Enhancing Family Involvement and Managing Family Dynamics – 2 hrs
Creating a Safe and Inclusive Environment for LGBTQ+ Residents – 1 hr
Please do not take over 10 hours of online training in a 24 hour period. CDSS will not allow this.
