Fall Reduction Program:
This Fall Reduction Program is designed to promote resident safety through the coordinated efforts of the resident, staff, and the resident’s health care team. The program includes resident fall risk evaluation, heightened staff awareness, interventions to reduce falls, and suggested actions to empower residents to help reduce falls.
