Our goal is to make renewing you certification simple and the registration process very easy. All RCFE/ARF administrators will need 40 hours of continuing education every 2 years. To support greater access to training opportunities for current and prospective Administrators, the Administrator Certification Program (ACP) will allow vendors who were previously approved through the State of Emergency (SOE) Waiver Terms and Conditions, to resume live instruction (live-stream) through online platforms effective April 1, 2023.
Day 1 & 2 are offered via live-stream webinar. Pair this with online webinars Day 3 & 4, or 20 hours of self-paced online to complete all 40 hours. Simply select from our list below of live and online training, then add to cart. Take our Day 1, 2, 3, and 4 to complete all 40 hours. During Day 1 and 2 we will cover all mandatory topics; laws and regulations, dementia, and LGBT. Handouts and access information will be emailed prior to class. All courses have been approved by DSS for RCFE and ARF administrators.
